Ross Grogan

Ross Grogan has been working diligently in production for over 17 years. Early in his career he had the opportunity to develop his professionalism at a multitude of high profile production houses, inlcuding RSA with director Tony Scott.

In 2009 he focused on honing his creative abilities yet still stayed budget conscious as he headed up the west coast production team for a New York based company. During this time, he Line Produced over thirty episodes of original content and managed an additional forty-five projects with such clients as Tylenol, Tiffany and Co., Gifts.com, Depeche Mode, and others.

As 2009 came to a close, Ross was approached by a friend to come on board as Head of Development at Nitrous Visual Effects. Within a short time Ross helped land the #1 new series NCIS: Los Angeles, among other projects. As a founding member of The Cavalry Productions, Ross Grogan brings an extensive grasp of the industry, from development through production to post, remaining fiscally vigilant and dedicated to the quality of a final product.

Tanya Cohen

Tanya Cohen’s experience as an Executive Producer, Business Development & Talent Manager, gives her a unique perspective across the media landscape.

After a successful run developing and producing feature films and TV, Tanya moved to London as talent agent at the William Morris Agency. After working with some of the most prolific talent in the industry and countless adventures traveling the world, she came back to LA and landed in advertising.

As Executive Producer she managed business development, marketing and production for numerous ventures from commercial production companies to social media platforms, including award winning VFX studio - Digital Domain, where she was involved in many bold and innovative projects.

At the Cavalry she oversees traditional high-end content and commercial management & production, and mixes it with sister company SPECTACLE VR/AR focused on next gen technology. Managing a roster of award winning directors, content creators and technologists.

Chris Grest

As the HoP/Controller of The Cavalry Productions, Chris Grest’s specialties include creating order out of chaos and juggling many spinning plates. Aside from working on many commercial productions, Chris's experience includes episodic television, feature film, award shows, and promos

Chris began his career as an aspiring screenwriter before joining the art department on several films, reality TV shows and commercial productions. He found his true niche when he became the junior production accountant and A/P manager of a boutique commercial production company. After three years in that role, Chris went to work on HBO’s “Togetherness” before joining The Cavalry Productions as the accounting manager. Chris's role at The Cavalry has grown from accounting manger to his current role as HoP/Controller.
